Living in the Low Country of South Carolina is like being inside a moving painting. The landscape is so beautiful and the weather is well, pretty easy.  I enjoy making  new friends, traveling around the world, and introducing my grand littles to outdoor life in the parks and rivers.  My work passion is New Homes. Design it, build it or renovate it; I love digging into every aspect of creating the perfect place to build memories for my clients. Whether it's a new family starting the journey of homeownership. Or settling into the next adventure after a career to try out something new.

  • Annette’s knowledge of the market in our gated community and surrounding area was spot on. In 3 days the home was under contract for asking price. Annette then coordinated all aspects of the next steps, negotiating with the buyers agent on a closing date, the inspection, the work with contractors to address the few issues found, the gathering of all documentation for the buyers lawyer, and navigating all other aspects as required by SC law. There was excellent communication, text, email and phone continually as the process went forward. The entire process was above expectations.
