We did not hesitate to reach out to him when we needed to find our new home in Lakeway. From the beginning, Brian, along with his assistant, Kathryn, listened to our wish list and our goals to find a house before the start of the school year. Brian and Kathryn helped us set up an account with Realty Austin to receive email listings and open house updates. From the first house, we went to see in Lake Pointe, to the house we bought in Lakeway, Brian was in constant communication and checking in with my husband and me about the listings we liked, setting up appointments, reaching out to listing agents, and joining us at open houses. Communication with Brian was excellent, his assistant scheduled the house tours, which helped us better understand what a day visiting homes would look like. Then, meeting with my family, interacted with our daughter, listened to her wish list as well, gave us advice, emailed and met to discuss comps, and checked in afterward. Brian went above and beyond, one weekend when we were traveling and unable to see a house, he went to the property and did a video tour showing us the home and answering questions about the house. The day we found our house, it was on a Sunday, and Brian worked all afternoon, reaching out to the listing agent, calling us back-to-back, and finally closing the deal. We couldn't be happier and more excited to have found a house, and on the same day knowing we were going to close a month later. After many weekends, weekdays, emails, texts, and calls, Brian and Kathryn, will be moving this weekend to our new house. We cannot thank Brian enough for his commitment and excellent work. Will continue working with him in the next month while he helps us to list our home in South Austin for sale.

Brian was referred to us by a friend who spoke well of him before we met. At our first meeting at the property, Brian suggested a marketing strategy that matched the property rather than just a list and seeing what the proposals are. The property is a unique tract that attracted a lot of solicitations the majority of which were not close to the value and potential of the property. The plan to purchase a tree and topo survey, prepare a feasibility study of what the City would allow, and obtain a Demo permit required an investment of time and money but resulted in a package that would be attractive to a targeted buyer and give that person the information needed for an informed decision. The result was multiple qualified offers over the listing price from which we chose a primary and backup contract. Brian has a great relationship with Independence Title and we closed on time within 25 days of the contract date. We were informed and aware of every step in the process and the result was better than we could ask for in price and effort. We would gladly refer Brian and his associate Kathryn to a friend or family member for future real estate projects.

Literally day by day he proved his vast knowledge and experience working in the highly competitive Austin real estate market. He always seemed to be one or two steps ahead of the process and had various ideas and solutions to a multitude of problems we encountered during our home search and escrow phases. He was patient with us, brought us stability during a highly stressful environment, incredibly reliable, responsive, and accommodating. He went above and beyond to make sure our financial interests were always best served. The difference in skill, industry knowledge, negotiating, and rapport he and his team showed us was a night and day difference with prior REALTOR experiences. We will be working with Brian and his team on all our future Austin real estate transactions from here on out.

He did an excellent job marketing my house in Hancock for a quick, easy and efficient sale that generated a lot of potential buyers and an earned above-list sale price.
