Three houses with this woman! I cannot truly thank her enough for all the work she's continued to put in one after the other. She's always consistent and on top of things at the end of the day she's going to get it done. Things are constantly changing in the market, when it comes to working to all the parties involved she knows exactly what to do and which directions to go trust her with this process she won't let you down. As a buyer it's a big decision and having someone like this at your side is largely important. I definitely would have been lost and completely annoyed dealing with anybody else.

I am so happy to provide a review for Christine, in hopes that someone looking for a realtor in the DMV area reads this review and looks no further!  Christine is everything I could ask for in a realtor, and more.  In 2019, my husband add I began looking to purchase our first home. To say we had no idea what we were doing is no exaggeration. Luckily, a friend of mine recommended Christine.  I went from feeling so nervous to step foot in the housing market that we considered signing another lease on our apartment, to feeling completely comfortable in the hands of Christine after just one phone call. That journey ended in our very first home purchase!

Fast forward to 2024, it was time to sell our first home. I contacted Christine again, and within TWO weeks our home was on the market and UNDER CONTRACT within THREE days! Christine held our hand throughout the entire process and provided everything we needed to know to make the transaction as seamless as possible. She answered any and all questions that we had, even some that were likely not under her responsibility and possibly should have been for our realtor for our new home purchase.

Christine stands apart! Her willingness to help from start to finish, quick replies during any time ( even days after a major life event!!!), compassion, and ability to connect with her clients on a personal level is something that is I hard to come by. I only wish every housing transaction we needed in the future could be in the DMV area so that we could use Christine again and again.

Christine is amazing! If I could give her 10 stars I would! She recently helped me buy my first home and the whole process was seamless. She patiently and thoroughly explained to me how the entire process would work and what we could do to be successful. She also fought tirelessly for me in person since I could only ever see the properties virtually. Christine’s honesty, hard work, and expertise made it easy for me to trust her. I cannot recommend her enough for anyone who wants their house buying dreams to become a reality!!

We interviewed several selling agents, along with Christine, and found, without a doubt, that she was the agent that we wanted to sell our house.  After explaining our goals and priorities concerning the sale, she quickly developed a timeline and strategy that met all our objectives. She was extremely diligent in each step of the selling process, exceptionally professional, and made us feel that we were her #1 priority at all times.  Her responsiveness throughout the sales process was phenomenal. She seems to have unlimited energy and enthusiasm and her personality and demeanor are so welcoming and friendly that it seemed every potential buyer that dealt with her couldn’t help but have smiles on their faces. Her “open house” was a tremendous success as well as the 50+ individual showings she scheduled during a preceding 4-day period, which resulted in wonderfully positive comments on the feedback forms. She consolidated all the offers on a spreadsheet, highlighting the key factors for consideration in each offer, making it very easy for us to review and decide which offer to accept. Her support didn’t stop after closing. She continues to be available and responsive to us for any questions that we have. We definitely choose the perfect person and agency to represent us in our sale and would select her, without question, for any future dealings we may have. We rate her and her agency 10 stars.

Being a first time home buyer is quite the learning experience, especially when it's a sellers market. Christine, Liz, and team were with us every step of the way - providing us with their knowledge, expertise, professional connections, and perspective. Ontop of all that, the customer service we experienced was above and beyond. The team was always responsive via text, email, call - your choice. When I say responsive, I don't mean 2 business days - they were always ontop of it 24/7. 

We were unsure of where and what we wanted to buy, so we were always on the lookout for open houses. Christine worked her magic and made sure we saw every home we wanted to, sometimes without the need for open houses. On top of that, Christine and Liz always made themselves avaliable if we needed them for a walk through. 

I could go on and on about how stellar our experience with Christine was, but the bottom line is she's the best out there. If you need a real estate champion in your corner, you cannot go wrong with Christine Nieva! We're forever grateful for her services, and even moreso for her friendship. We can confidently say we know who we'll be contacting if we're ever back in the market (hopefully not anytime soon.)
