Garrett and Martha exceeded all my expectations based on prior experiences with realtors. They were courteous, timely, and communicated well. They coordinated inspections, repair work, cleaning, and s taging of my house (all besides repairs were included with their fee at closing and didn't cost extra). Part of the process occurred while I was out of state which did not impact how efficient they worked for us. In they end my home sold for well above asking price and in under a week. I attribute this almost entirely to Garrett and Martha's efforts. TLDR; Garrett facilitated my home sale with great efficiency and it sold much faster and for more than my most optimistic expectations. Highly recommend!
