Jared Hansen has quickly become one of the top real estate professionals in Utah. His dedication to education and always putting the client's needs first has skyrocketed him to the top.
Born and raised in Utah, Jared Hansen has a strong knowledge of and tremendous experience navigating the Utah real estate market.

In 2012, Jared got his real estate license to help manage his real estate investments, which included flips and rental properties. In 2018, the owner of a prominent commercial estate firm asked Jared for his guidance when buying and selling his personal properties, given Jared's expertise. After this experience, Jared was hooked and loved helping individuals on the client-side and decided to go all-in helping customers with their residential real estate needs.

From this first customer side transaction in 2018 to now, 2020, Jared Hansen has sold over 75 million dollars in Utah real estate and has closed on over 120 homes in 2020 alone.
Being a very active real estate investor has helped him advise and direct his clients in all manners of the real estate process; from loan to close. He has a Master's Degree in Finance and is not only one of the top agents in Utah but a very active investor.

During his short client-side dealings, Jared has been asked to be a judge of the Salt Lake Parade of Homes, been award the 2019 Realtor Hall of Fame Award, been the top real estate agent at his brokerage, Keller Williams, for an astonishing 8 months in a row as of this writing in October 2020.
