Growing up an Air Force “brat” and living in over four countries and 15 cities, Kirsten knows all the ins and outs of moving to a new home and meeting new friends and neighbors. She’s found that people truly ARE friendlier in the South–even when they’re not native Atlantans–it’s just part of the culture! Moving from San Diego, CA, she’s lived in Peachtree Hills, house-hunted in Oakhurst, LakeClaire and Inman Park, sold homes from Woodstock to Fayetteville (with a concentration on “ITP”and close-in suburbs), and now lives in a 1923 bungalow near Marietta Square. She has a specialfondness for uncommon homes, whether they’re modern or historic, single-family home or highrisecondo–and one of her favorite activities is introducing a new client to one of her favorite intownneighborhoods. Kirsten is passionate about historic preservation, the environment/sustainabilityand animals of all kinds.
