  • "I worked with Samantha on my purchase of a condo in the city. It was simply an awesome experience, and it comes in comparison to my past experiences in working with agents. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to get honest and real support from an agent, and here are some of the main reasons: 1. Samantha is a very dependable finance advisor. She knows when to say an offer would be bad. In this market, you'd meet plenty of agents whose only strategy for you is to keep raising the bid price. Samantha isn't one of those agents, she provides reasonable offer boundaries and always presents the buyer's interest. Whenever there were a few things during contract negotiation or closing, I felt assured that my agent was on my side and she was able to negotiate complex terms with the buyer's agent. Now this is not always possible, but I can confirm that she puts out the best effort, and beyond what's just possible and that counts a lot for those who put in their whole life's savings into getting a home. In terms of knowledge, expertise, and skill set, no question Samantha is awesome, and maybe many agents would have those same qualities. But I want to emphasize attitude and trust, and that's what differentiates a few from many. In this seller's market, it is so hard to find a strong buyer's agent that I could trust, but I'm glad I was able to work with Samantha, and I fully recommend her if you have needs for home buying/selling, please do yourself a favor, and at least have a conversation with this agent."

  • "My wife and I were trying to decide if we should sell our condo unit given the condo market during the May timeframe and we reached out to a handful of realtors whom our family and friends referred us to. We picked their brains to see what they thought and ultimately we decided that it was more beneficial for us to place the condo on the market. Once we made that decision, the next step was to find a realtor who would be able to help us sell the condo. We chose Samantha for several reasons - 1) our friend who referred her to us had a great experience with Samantha when she sold her condo, 2) she provided a detailed follow-up response breaking down the scenarios we had, which we didn't ask her to do but it was a nice gesture, and 3) she has experience as both seller/buyer realtor in our condo complex. The next step in the process was for her to take a tour of our unit to see what needed to be repaired. It wasn't a long list but it was convenient that she had a contact for a handyman who was able to help us patch things up in a short period. She also did a video tour of the unit, which we thought was a nice touch. It took about 2-3 weeks from the day we met to list the unit on the market. Unfortunately, it was listed for 80 days before we received our first offer, but this was not due to Samantha doing her job because she did a great job for us trying to market our unit. It was probably just bad timing for a 1/1 unit with the Delta variant news. Samantha did everything she could to help sell our unit as she held private and public open houses, sent email blasts to agents, followed up with potential buyers and their agents, and sent postcards to residents in the community who are tenants and looking to own. Throughout the entire process, Samantha kept us updated on any news she had, which she took the initiative with instead of us having to reach out to her. She is very knowledgeable and we had an abundance of questions. We trusted her judgment and she was easy to work with.   • "I had a very positive and pleasant experience working with Samantha to represent me as a seller’s agent. I have a rental property in the Bay Area that I am looking to sell. Due to my living 8 hours away, I am looking for a real estate agent who can manage all the details of the transaction. Before I determine who will be representing me, I have done my due diligence by reviewing the Yelp/Zillow feedback of the top 5 real estate agents. I then chose three of them to have a Zoom meeting to discuss what their marketing strategy and their commission structure will be. I then made the final decision on choosing Samantha. I am very lucky that I made the right decision. Here is what I can say about choosing her. She gives you the most competitive and competent proposal straight up. Another agent that I interviewed proposed a highball commission and then dropped down as I countered with what other offers I received. She was transparent and down to earth with her opinion but also respected your input and decision. She knows the local market very well and has the resources (construction/repairing/marketing) readily available to deploy to make the property appealing within a reasonable amount of time. I especially like her hands-on approach. She picked the light fixture/cabinet handles on her own and did the open house herself.   • "I am certain that all those reviews on Samantha prove how amazing a real estate agent she is but I figured I share my experiences with Samantha as we were extremely lucky to have found her who truly helped us to find our dream home in SF. Needlessly to say the SF housing market is beyond competitive. To select our potential house for the next 30 years in such a hot seller’s market, we wanted to make sure that we have a competent, experienced, and trusted buying agent. And she was the one.
