This is the 4th transaction we have done with Amy and we would not think of ever using anyone else. Amy is easy to work with, and trustworthy and her experience/guidance is invaluable. When you hire Amy, you hire her whole support team as well who is there to help you every step of the way, whether to coordinate repairs or help you navigate through all the paperwork. For example, we had a short timeline to put our property on the market, but within a few weeks, her team had our house repainted, the floor refinished, and the house deep cleaned + staged with little coordination from us. Amy is tops in her field and you will not regret working with her.

Amy made the recent sale of our home much more pleasant than we ever expected. She explained the entire process to us in detail, managed all the inspections, and was supportive every step of the way. I had met Amy working together through a charity organization and was one of three I interviewed to sell our home in the spring of 2020. We decided to rent it for 2 years instead of selling and she supported our decision. Amy is an excellent real estate agent. We interviewed several agents in the area and Amy impressed us from the very first meeting with her professionalism, knowledge, personality and overall ease of communication. We were out of town sellers and Amy handled all the details. She made recommendations, listened to our input and responded with every question in a timely and respectful manner. Her ability to get things done was amazing. Our home was staged beautifully and resulted in many offers above asking price. My sister and I are so grateful that we chose Amy to sell our family home of 53 years she is awesome.
