She also has several other designations including GRI – Graduate of the Real Estate Institute, ABR – Accredited Buyer Agency and the CLHMS – Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist. She is a member of the Colorado Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and the Denver Board of Realtors.

Ann has garnered numerous awards for outstanding sales production throughout her distinguished career, including 10 consecutive years at her former real estate company. In 2014, she was ranked among the top two percent of all real estate agents within the NRT system nationwide system, which encompasses approximately 240,000 sales associates. Ann has also been named a Five Star Real Estate Agent by Denver’s 5280 Magazine recognizing superior service and customer satisfaction. Ann spends her free time mentoring young adults and her fellow Realtors. She loves to read, travel, lift weights, hike, small theater and cook.
