We moved from out of state looking for a house. Ginny was super helpful in getting us around and reaching out wherever a house came up on the market. She's very responsive and has been living in the area the whole life, she knows everyone! She has great connections with inspectors (general, pest, roof, HVAC, plumbing). She knew the area so well that when we asked her for a asking price, she was honest and gave us potential scenarios to each price range. Any question we had on loan paperwork or; inspection sheet, she would helpful us understand what was being said. I have a property in Davis that I need to sell now so I try to look for reliable realtor to represent me. I have many realtors calling me and offer to charge 1% lower than standard rate. They all claimed to offer full service but I want someone local to Davis and good selling record. After talking to several realtors, I decided on Ginny Parks from GoodHome Group. She has a lot of energies and full of cost effective modifications for the house. Initially, I'm skeptical of her timeline as she promised to ready the house for sale (with modifications) in 3 weeks. She knows handyman, painters, cleaners, yard workers, bathroom refinisher, chimney cleaner, inspectors etc. all of them work wonders to my house. Needless to say the house is ready as promised. Ginny produced a wonderful color brochure that surprised all of my friends and family members. They could not believe the transformation of the house and all of them have nothing but praises. Highly recommended and I truly felt she earned her commision.
